„Wunderschöne, aber viel zu kurze Woche in einem tollen Ferienort.
Super Aussicht vom Balkon, 2 Lifte, zentral gelegen. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation per Whatsapp mit Bild Anweisungen. Bücher zur freien Verwendung, ich konnte mein zuende gelesenes Buch tauschen.
Die Ausstattung könnte etwas neuer sein. Im Bad fehlte die Ablage. Ansonsten keine Verbesserungswünsche. Für spanische Verhältnisse üblich.

Preis / Leistung stimmt, Sauber, Apartment war im Untergeschoss dementsprechend keine Aussicht. Aber zu dem Preis hab ich nichts anderes erwartet. Küche, Wohnzimmer alles da, wir waren zufrieden

„Lage Top, Service Flop
Die Lage ist super, wenige Minuten vom Strand. Unser Apartment hatte direkten Zugang zum Poolbereich und die Aufteilung des Apartments ist für 4 Personen sehr gut.
Es gab nur 1 Schlüssel für 4 Personen. Die Rezeption war nur am Tag nach unserer Anreise am Morgen sehr kurz besetzt, haben es nicht geschafft uns innerhalb von 10 Tagen Aufenthalt einzuchecken weil niemand mehr kam. Wenn man nicht ständig alles zusammen unternimmt, muss immer jemand runterlaufen um das Aussentor zu öffnen und die anderen rein zu lassen. Hatten einen Stromausfall ausgelöst durch eine defekte Steckdose, keine Reaktion auf Whats App Benachrichtigungen. Haben die Steckdose in Eigenregie abklemmen müssen weil der Strom immer wieder rausflog bzw. sich nicht wieder einschalten ließ. Zum Glück hatte einer von uns Ahnung davon sonst hätten wir 3 Tage ohne Strom da gesessen, der nette Mann der den Pool gereinigt hat, hat es dann weitergegeben und nach Tagen wurde es repariert ... ein No Go. Innerhalb von 10 Tagen kam die Putzfrau genau einmal und auch nur auf drängen via Whats App, mussten Toilettenpapier und Müllbeutel in Eigenregie besorgen und jeden Tag kehren und putzen weil sich das Wasser aus einer defekten Klimaanlage über unserem Apartment bei uns auf der Terasse sammelte. Wenn ich ein Hotel buche, erwarte ich ein Hotel mit dem dazugehörigen minimalen Service wie Handtuchwechsel, Müllentsorgung, putzen, Betten machen etc...und kein privates Apartment bei dem es normal ist, das ich mich um alles selbst kümmern muss.
