It's just ok
The location is great, close to restaurants, beach and bars The apartments was ok, we've stayed in previous years and it was a lot better then. We had very noisy neighbours a few nights we did complain and they spoke to the residents which did help a little. This apartment block has residents as well as holiday makers. It was fairly clean our kettle was faulty though it wasn't replaced. The floors are dirty (not mopped properly) The balcony is pleasant and spacious but loses the sun at lunchtime.
The noise, I get that places might get a bit noisy but this was really bad, screaming adults and children throughout the night banging of interior doors which resonated inside the apartment dragging of chairs on the balcony. I think for the money you could do better, it used to be priced accordingly but now I feel it's over priced. Especially as there's no reception now and the cleanliness is substandard. Could be much cleaner, the floor isn't mopped properly our socks were black on just the first morning, the toilet hadn't been properly cleaned there was urine at the back of the seat of the Tiolet and was very smelly. No manned reception so everything is done via phone calls or texts.

Would stay again
Close to the beach, promenade and playa del ingles shops/bars/yumbo. Beautiful sea views.
No sharp knives, scissors in the apartment which would have been a bonus. The property is a bit dated so don’t expect five stars but I read the reviews and took my chances
